How Tree Roots Enter Drains 🤔

Existing Damage:

Tree roots are opportunistic. They won't typically break into a sound pipe, but they will exploit any existing cracks, leaks, or loose connections in drain pipes 💧

Moisture and Nutrients:

Tree roots naturally seek out moisture and nutrients. Drains, especially those with existing leaks, provide a readily available source 💧

Lateral Growth:

Tree roots tend to grow horizontally, spreading far beyond the tree's canopy. This means they can easily encounter and infiltrate drain pipes 💧
